We work together to provide a holistic care to our patients.
Freezing & Storage
Due to the recent outbreak and rapid spread of 2019-noval coronavirus (2019-nCoV), the following infection control and preventive measures are implemented by Hong Kong Assistance Reproduction Centre (the Centre) with immediate effect:
The Centre only allows patients with booked appointments and their accompanying persons to enter. Any patients with no appointments and other visitors will not be accepted. To avoid overcrowding of the Centre, only one accompanying person for each patient is allowed. Persons under the age of 18 or over the age of 65 are not allowed to enter.
All patients or accompanying persons must declare and sign a health declaration on entry into the Centre. The following questions will be asked:
Q1. Any fever,
Q2. Any respiratory symptoms (cough or shortness of breath),
Q3. Any travel history to Mainland China within 14 days,
Q4. Any contact with suspected or confirmed 2019-nCoV cases.
Anyone with a positive answer to these questions will have their treatments rescheduled. Anyone who refuses to sign the Health Declaration Record will not be allowed to enter the Centre.
All patients and visitors must have their body temperature checked and must clean their hands with alcohol-based hand rub provided at the registration desk.
All patients and visitors must always wear their own surgical mask inside the Centre. The Centre will not provide surgical masks. Anyone with no mask will not be allowed to enter the Centre.
